Adam grew up in Southern California and played high school baseball at Yucaipa High School, a nationally recognized baseball program. After graduating high school, he went on to play college baseball at Brigham Young University where he was in the starting weekend rotation. Following a 2 year church service mission, he returned to play two more years at BYU and in 2013 was drafted by the Arizona Diamondbacks. Upon entering the Diamondbacks Organization, he was ranked as a Top Prospect and clocked with a fastball as high as 103 MPH. Due to an unfortunate and uncommon nerve injury in his shoulder (Thoracic Outlet Syndrome), Adam decided to retire in 2017.

A professional scout for the Milwaukee Brewers said, “I scouted Adam at BYU. He threw bullets and if not for his unfortunate injury, he would have pitched in the big leagues for a long time. Very smart and can get your player to the next level with his instruction!” Since retiring from professional baseball, Adam has worked with a number of players, helping each player increase their velocity, control, and confidence. Seeing players experience the excitement of on-field success is what motivates Adam.
